Level 10-37 armors and 13-29 weapons may be purchased from the Dratan NPCs named Armor Trader Bant and Weapon Trader Crom.

Level 25-27 armors and 25-29 weapons may be purchased from the Merac NPCs named Armor Trader Clain and Weapon Trader Kelim.

Level 20-22/35-37 armors and 21-37 weapons are sold in Egeha, however there is an 800,000 gold fee to get to that map, so the items that are sold only there (the 33 and 37 weapons) are not included in the NPC price list.
